VIP Immersion 3 - Day Schedule


Every immersion is customized, but a typical structure may look like:

Day 1: Opening + Assessment
Initial conversation and intention setting
Body-based and energetic sessions
Identifying core patterns and areas of contraction

Day 2: Deep Work + Release
Extended sessions working directly with the body
Clearing stored emotional and energetic patterns
Nervous system recalibration
Integration time between sessions

Day 3: Expansion + Integration
Final sessions to anchor shifts
Integration and embodiment work
Clarity around next steps and ongoing expansion
Closing session

Sessions are spaced throughout each day to allow for rest, integration, and reflection.
